Yes,
we use a SECURE and ENCRYPTED shopping cart system: We accept American
Express, Visa, Mastercard, Switch & Solo and now Paypal. We do not
charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are
not charged until shipped. To view the certificates (using Internet Explorer)
right click on the checkout page at the end of the ordering process, select
"properties" and then "view certificates".

The shipping for the UK/Euro store is totally FREE in the UK only. There will be a £1.43, €2.00 approx postage and packing charge to anywhere outside of the UK except the USA, South America or Canada. There will be a £7.00 P+P fee for delivery to the USA, South America or Canada. .

| How long will my order take to arrive? |

aim to ship your order right away, normally within 2-7 business days
from receipt of order. Please allow additional time for your delivery
to reach you.

you have not received your order within 14 working days, please email

(for U.S. Store queries), quoting your order number and we will make every

At the moment we do not have a full printed catalogue available. The best way to find out about the full list of Earache releases is to use the website catalog at www.earache.com/info/catalog.html. You will also be able to find out plenty of info about the bands such as bios and releases in the artists pages.

| I can't see the item im looking for on your store. Is it out of stock or unavailable? |
We work on the policy that "If its on the store, then its in stock". We try to keep our vast selection up to date but occasionally the odd product will slip through the net. If you order something that is not in stock you will be emailed and given the choice to wait for restocking or to cancel the order. | I don't know many of the artists on your store. Where can I get recommendations? |
Each title on our store is accompanied by a detailed description. These descriptions are written by our knowledgeable selves in order to give you an accurate insight into the sound and style of each album. We have also used extensive links throughout the store which can be found in descriptions and on more info pages in the form of a "Recommended" list. These links will take you to bands that share similarities in style and sound. Also the catalog page has over 200 full mp3 tracks from many bands for you to check out www.earache.com/info/catalog.html

| Why do you have two stores? |
| We have two separate stores in order to bring you the best possible service. Ordering from the correct store will ensure that your order makes it to you in the shortest time possible and enable us to monitor and track orders more effectively. The use of two stores also ensures that the UK and US Earache office can keep the stock availability up to date and accurate, meaning "if you see it on the store it's in stock". |
| Which store should I use? |
| In order to gain the fastest and most satisfactory service possible you should use the store that is suited to your country. However, you may order from either store even if that store does not represent your country. For instance, if there is an item out of stock in your relevant store but it is displayed in the other there is no problem with ordering from that store. The thing you must be aware of is that there will be an added shipping charge if you order from the alternative store. It will be $10.00 or £7.00 extra depending on which store you order from. |
